Citizens for Arkansas Public Education and Students (CAPES) is a nonpartisan movement dedicated to preserving and strengthening public education in Arkansas. We oppose the LEARNS Act and other initiatives that threaten to undermine the public education system and put the future of our children and communities at risk. Through grassroots organizing and community engagement, we aim to ensure that all Arkansans have access to a world-class education that prepares them to be lifelong learners and leaders in their communities. We are working to collect signatures to put the LEARNS act on the ballot for the people to decide in 2024. We are going to #SayNoToLEARNS.
