I started this campaign with three goals that I want to get to work on in our city, Listening to You, Clean Air, & Public Safety.

First, Listening to You. You are very important to this campaign. I want to hear from you about your concerns and what you think our city should be doing more or less of in the future. This campaign is for all of our futures and I want YOU to have a seat at the table.

Second, Clean Air. As the second largest city in Utah, we need to continue being a leader in improving the air quality of our home valley. WVC has made some fantastic moves in this direction over the last few years. I want to make sure that we are continuing to be a leader on this issue and to keep these trends going far into the future.

Third, Public Safety. WVC Police Department has been making good changes over the years on issues pertaining to interactions with the public and I look forward to identifying and implementing the Best Practices that we can build upon to create a system that recognizes Equal Justice for All.

I believe that we can find new and creative ways to fund these projects without creating a burden on taxpayers or the local economy. If we work together, we can make West Valley City the Gem of the Westside.
