Cecil "CJ" Roy Pink, Jr, is a Cache Valley native of twenty-two years. Having grown up in Hyrum, Utah, CJ currently resides in Nibley, Utah with his wife Keisha and their two beautiful daughters Kiah, and Havenliegh, along with their dog River. CJ was raised by his hardworking father, Cecil Pink, who is a Jamaican immigrant, and now a U.S. citizen. As a first generation child of an immigrant, and with his mother's multi-cultural heritage, CJ has a unique and diverse view of the community in which he serves. CJ is running for the Nibley City Council, where when elected he will champion diversity, encourage green and open spaces for new developments in the city, and support the economic growth of the community he loves. He will work with the council on strategies to further develop Nibley's growing infrastructure needs, including updating current infrastructure to meet the needs of all citizens. CJ currently sits on the Executive Committee for the Cache Valley Democrats. His full-time job at Smith's Marketplace brings him into touch with local residents daily and offers CJ a unique opportunity to hear and discuss their concerns.
