I am a local resident of Central Jersey with roots in South Brunswick, where I completed my high school education at SBHS in 2004. Holding a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University, I've had the privilege of residing in nine different cities spanning four counties within the state of New Jersey. Through these experiences, I've had the opportunity to immerse myself in the diverse offerings of this state. In July 2021, my family and I chose Hillsborough as our permanent residence, captivated by the multitude of experiences it offers.

My candidacy for the Hillsborough Board of Education is fueled by a deep commitment to ensuring that every student in Hillsborough, including my own six-year-old daughter, receives an exceptional education. During our two-year tenure here, I've witnessed positive aspects within the district, yet I've also encountered challenges that I am determined to address and resolve for the betterment of our community.

With a professional background spanning thirteen years in the Private Sector as an HR professional, I've collaborated closely with Executive Leadership to enhance operational efficiency, establish exemplary practices, foster internal leadership development programs, and optimize budget allocations. These competencies are directly transferable to the Board of Education, where I believe my expertise can make a meaningful impact.

Beyond my career, I am a devoted mother, dog owner, wife, and co-leader within the Girl Scouts. My enthusiasm for learning extends to various subjects, with a particular passion for topics like gardening, outer space, and neurodiversity. In my leisure time, I indulge in my love for Sci-Fi TV shows, with Doctor Who ranking as my all-time favorite. However, my greatest joy is spent in the company of my daughter.

I am genuinely excited about the prospect of contributing my diverse experiences, skills, and knowledge to the Hillsborough Board of Education, aiming to shape a brighter and more prosperous educational journey for all our students.
