You have been invited to be a special guest to join City Council President Aaron Banks for a Christmas Celebration and Appreciation. This year, the City of Jackson faced uncertainties that exposed the dire need for leadership and a united City Council working together for a better Jackson. This year as Council President and Finance Chair, President Banks along with his colleagues were able to give raises to the men and women of the Fire Department, Police Department and realign priorities without raising taxes as proposed by the administration. Let's celebrate together as we prepare for a year to build a better foundation for a better Jackson.
