The Friday Action Group is a national, volunteer run group that raises money and turns out voters for Democratic campaigns and pro-democracy organizations. Evan's race is one of 2 Senate races this cycle The Friday Action is supporting. Evan’s position as an independent in this two-person race offers us a rare opportunity to defeat a far-right incumbent Republican in this tough political environment for Democrats. Polling shows that the majority of Utahns want to replace Mike Lee, the Utah Democratic Party voted to endorse Evan and join his cross-partisan coalition, and recent polling places Evan within 4 points of Mike Lee (37% McMullin to 41% Lee with 19% undecided).
