Contributions or gifts to McMullin for Utah are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. The maximum allowed contribution per cycle is $5,800 for an individual ($2,900 for the Primary Election and $2,900 for the General Election). We respectfully request that Partners of Partnerships and Members of LLC's contribute individually, instead of through their respective business entity.
