Paul Fotheringham for Mayor of Holladay!

I am running for Mayor because I love my City. My experience, preparation, values, and deep roots point to me as the right person to guide Holladay’s next chapter. I consider public service a privilege and hope to make a lasting, positive impact.

I am a lifelong area resident and a proud Olympus and U of U graduate. My wife, Lisa, also a Holladay native, and I have been married for 37 years and have raised our children, and now grandchildren, here in Holladay.

My professional history includes: CPA at Price Waterhouse, Ops Manager for Sports Mall Group, and VP/Director at First Utah Bank. As a public servant, I have served two terms as a Holladay City Councilmember and am active with Holladay Arts, Holladay Rotary, and Unified Fire Authority Board.

I bring deep understanding of financial stewardship and organizational leadership which has helped Holladay restore its fiscal stability when it faced steep infrastructure funding challenges. Keeping Holladay financially strong is a key priority. I remain focused on guiding Holladay’s renewal thoughtfully and protecting what makes Holladay special while ensuring it remains vibrant.
