Jesse Tree's ability to prevent eviction and homelessness from happening to our neighbors and community depends on neighbors like you. Many people in our community are unable to keep up with their most essential expenses, including rent.


Jesse Tree offers support, information, and rental assistance to people at risk of eviction. We operate a phone line where we provide support and information to people at risk of eviction, and the most vulnerable households are provided with more intensive support by our case managers, who work with over 100 families every month, supporting them to connect them to resources and jobs, create a monthly budget, and set up a payment plan with their landlord. Jesse Tree also pays a portion of back rent that's owed.


Over 95% of families served during an eviction remain housed three years later.
