Support for Shawn Moon

Shawn Moon has been a proud resident of Lindon for 25 years. He brings an extensive leadership background in both business and community endeavors. He is currently the CEO of Zerorez, which has created over 1,200 jobs across the United States and Canada, and is headquartered in Utah County.

He is the former Executive Vice President at FranklinCovey, where he had responsibility for FranklinCovey’s worldwide Direct Offices, as well as the company’s Speed of Trust Practice, Execution practice, Sales Performance practice, and Customer Loyalty practice. He founded FranklinCovey’s Government Services division, and for several years led the company’s efforts with local, state and federal agencies, including extensive work with military, civilian and law enforcement agencies. He was previously a Principal with Mellon Financial Corporation.

Shawn is an experienced executive and Wall Street Journal best-selling author, having been featured in Forbes and Inc Magazine. He is the author or co-author of several books.

Shawn has served as both a state and county delegate. He has a passion for community service and has been involved in numerous non-profit endeavors that directly benefit our local community, including as Chairman of Utah Metropolitan Ballet, Provo Theatre Company board member, One Voice Children’s Choir board member, and as a member of the Founders’ Board for the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center at Utah State University.

Shawn has a B.A. from Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Michele, have four children and five terrific grandchildren.

Shawn believes in conservative government and that government is most effective when administered at the local level.
