Donations are made to the Ohio Environmental Council Action Fund Political Action Committee. Donors must provide employer and occupation information. Contribution limit for calendar year 2023 per individual: $15,499.69.

In 2024, the Ohio General Assembly passed HB 1, which outlawed non-US Citizens such as green card holders from contributing to PACs to support candidates at the state level. Recently, a federal court overturned the law, finding that it violated the First Amendment rights of lawful permanent residents, but the case may be appealed. Therefore, for the 2024 Election cycle, the OEC Action Fund PAC is only accepting donations from U.S. Citizens. By donating to the OEC Action Fund PAC, you affirm that you are a U.S. Citizen.
