Re-Elect David Lawful SSPRD Board of Directors

Four years ago I asked for one of your three votes and pledged to follow the 5 year Master Plan that I influenced prior to my election. I promised to use my private sector experience to provide good stewardship for South Suburban in planning and finance. I insisted that SSPRD should serve the recreation needs of everyone in the District. 

• We opened a 208,000 square foot Sports Complex on time and budget. As promised.
• South Suburban was recognized with CAPRA accreditation, one of only 176 out of 20,000 agencies nationally. We are among the best Park and Rec Districts in the USA
• We replaced Harlow, Holly and Franklin pools with modern healthy facilities.
• I have scrutinized and passed budgets that have maintained robust financials for our District even in the shadow of uncertainty cast by the pandemic. SSPRD has never been healthier financially.
• The budgets I have supported enable SSPRD to continue to offer a broad range of quality activities for our youngest to our oldest across the entire District. 

I have developed knowledge and insight into SSPRD’s scope, budget, operations and planning that can only come from 4 years of Board leadership and experience. Your contribution will help return me to the SSPRD Board for a second term and continue good planning and stewardship for our parents, our children and ourselves.
