Elect Terry Carroll-Gillis for Port Commissioner, Position 1

As a Navy veteran with 45 years of service and an Executive MBA, I have a long career of collaboration with others to develop and enact effective policies. I have had the opportunity to be involved in major policies in the military as the highest Senior Enlisted rank, which has given me the experience to understand the direct and indirect effects decisions can have on an organization and community.

My lifelong desire to serve continues to hold true, and I want to make things better for all people. I believe it is important to take into account the needs of all members of our community and stakeholders in enacting the mission of the Port Anacortes and to consider the future in terms of economic development, maritime and aviation safety, and ecology.
