Justice Truly Moved Forward

I can tell you from experience that running for office is hard - physically and emotionally - and it is truly a public service to start and propel conversations that others were not willing to initiate.

Thanks to Stephen's race; his opponent was forced to move forward on issues that he had never worked on or even mentioned working on before:

a- Warrant amnesty clinics,

b- Instituting pre-trial services (which will effectively reform cash bail), and

c- Setting up a mental health court.
