Vote Jesse Bell - Bountiful City Council

I am excited to be running for Bountiful City Council. I am currently serving on the Bountiful Planning Commission and the Bountiful Trails Committee. These positions have given me a front row seat to a lot of the issues that Bountiful is facing. I earned a degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning from Utah State University and have worked on many projects that have improved cities and neighborhoods. I will use my experience and knowledge coupled with your input, to serve our community as a member of the City Council.

I will run a positive campaign, one in which I will display integrity and honesty in all my interactions and treat everyone that I meet with the utmost respect.

I promise to take my seat on the City Council very seriously. I understand that decisions made by the City Council have an impact on the lives of all of our residents. I have learned from past mistakes and I will continue to learn through vigorous pubic outreach and personal research so that I can make the best decisions when called upon to do so.

One of my biggest desires is to bring UNITY as we all come together to keep Bountiful a place that your children and mine can always call home. My interactions have shown me that we all have more in common then we do different and bringing various ideas together always creates the best result. I will bring unity by truly listening to the concerns of all our community members with the goal of maintaining our town of "beautiful homes and gardens" with safe, quiet neighborhoods, while also ensuring that the growth we are and will face is planned and well thought out. We need a clear vision of what WE want Bountiful to be and a plan that includes adding more vibrant businesses downtown, and smart, well-planned growth in the right places. I greatly appreciate your support in bringing unity and vision to our great city.
